    Meditation is an ancient practise, many cultures have their own way of meditation.
    For some it is through simple prayer or chanting sacred text, for others it is to sit in a space of peace to work toward finding enlightenment.

    The art to meditation is to aim to empty one's mind of thought and enter a higher realm of consciousness. This can take a lifetime of daily practise to perfect. For most of us life is busy and hectic and we don’t find time for ourselves to just be in that quiet space. However meditation doesn’t have to be a lengthy practise it can be done with just one breath, it is possible to find that peace for the day in just a moment's conscious awareness to stop and take that breath.

    There is no wrong or right way to meditate, but to give yourself time and to cherish yourself is to begin your personal journey to peace and calm once again.
    Through guided meditation, with gentle visualisations and breathing techniques, you can begin to bring peace, calm, and self-love back to you which will then reflect unto others around you.
