    Children are motivated and energised through the enjoyment of storytelling and memory games, combined with child focused yoga postures, relaxation and breathing techniques.

    Children’s yoga boosts the immune system reducing the frequency of coughs and colds and other childhood ailments.

    Breathing techniques promote good breathing and can benefit asthma sufferers, calm hyperactivity and bring balance.

    Sessions are approx. 30 mins
    Approx. 15 children per class
    Parent/guardian/teacher required to stay for duration of class
